Tenant Dashboard:

The Tenant page is a great way to visualize all of your existing tenants across your entire portfolio. The top level filters let you search by Tenant Name, or Property, Date of Lease Expiry, Square footage, as well as by the type of Option on the Tenant's unit.

The dashboard consists of 4 charts summarizing lease expiration by Location, Risk Rating, Rent and Area.

Users can hover over and click into any of the charts to further filter the results in the tenant list as shown below.

The Tenant list includes the following columns.

  • Tenant – name of the tenant along with the building name and location (city/state). Clicking on the Tenant Name hyperlink will display the Lease Information screen for a given tenant.

  • Company - If the Tenant has a customer record in Voyager, then it will be displayed in the Company column. Drilling down into the customer will list all the leases and deals for that customer and any recent activity.

  • Area – square footage and spaces occupied by a given tenant. Click the Options to view the list of options.

  • Rent (Annual) – annual rent for a given tenant ($/SF & full amount).

  • Current Opex PSF (Annual) - annual operating expenses for a given tenant ($/SF & full amount).

  • Lease Start Date - Start date of the lease.

  • Lease End Date – End Date of the Lease.

  • Lease Expiration – date a lease expires. If there are multiple expiration dates for the various suites occupied by a tenant, the latest expiration will display. Clicking on the Lease Expiration hyperlink will display the Tenant Information screen for a given tenant. Click the Units tab on the Tenant Information screen to view the expiration dates per unit.

  • Contact – name, number, and email (if available) of the person identified as the primary contact on a given lease.

  • Risk Level - Users can add and maintain history for their tenants by setting up and assigning a risk level (for e.g. Vacating, at Risk, undecided, Renewing) and subjective description. This is an effective way to manage potential risk.

  • Aging

  • Deals – Links to any deals for the tenant.

  • Action – has the option to add a Deal as well as Add/View any ongoing activity (note, comments, pending Tasks) for the tenant.
