New Forecast Mappings for Commissions and Costs

New Forecast Mappings settings available to set G/L Accounts for Budget Commission and Budget Cost mappings. This will be used to display the costs and commissions in their corresponding sections on the Proposal Comparison. Navigation: Company Settings > Deal Settings > Voyager Config > Forecast Mapping.

Enhancement Ability to customize Proposal Comparison column names

The Budget, Secondary Budget, Prior Lease, Market and Benchmark Proposal Comparison columns can now be renamed with custom headers. Navigation: Company Settings > Deal Settings > General Settings > Proposal Comparison Config.

New Approval Requirements - Benchmark information to drive approvals

Approval Requirements’ Acceptable Variance Range now includes Benchmark Rent, NER, IRR and TI values to determine if an approval will show on a deal, similar to how the Budget values were previously included in the Acceptable Variance Range for Approval Requirements.

New Comparison of Deal Economics using Proposal Comparison Variance Columns

The Proposal Comparison columns used as variances can now compare Base Rent, NER, TI, GAAP Rent amounts on the Proposal Comparison screen for a deal. Multiple columns can be selected as variances for value comparison. Proposal Comparison variance columns can be set under Company Settings > Deal Settings > General Settings > Proposal Comparison Config.

New Approval Requirements – “Year 1 Rent (Incl. Costs)” & IRR

New Approval Requirement criteria added for “Year 1 Rent (Incl. Costs)” and “IRR”. Year 1 Rent + Total Costs criteria look to the Total Annual Year 1 rent of the deal plus the total TI and Commissions on the deal to determine if the approval threshold has been met or not. IRR criteria look to the IRR % and if within the Range specified on the Approval setup then would require approval.

New Attachments – Last Activity column

New column, ‘Last Activity’, added to the Attachments tab. This column shows the last activity on the attachment, including a timestamp and username.

New Ability to export Property Expenses

Property Expenses can now be exported from Company Settings > Import/Export > CSV > Property Expenses.

New Tenant Rep deal - Expenses

Expenses are now able to be entered on Tenant Rep deals.

New Leasing Activity Report - Transaction Type filter & column

A “Transaction Type” filter has been added to the Leasing Activity report to allow users to select one or multiple Transaction Types for reporting. Additionally, a “Transaction Type” column has been added to the Leasing Activity Report to discern the Transaction Types.

New Sale transaction type deal - Ability to choose an existing property

Property lookup field added to Sale transaction type deals. Properties can be searched by typing in the property name/property code or by using the three dots to select from a list of properties within Deal Manager.

New Expenses Descriptions

Expenses can now have descriptions added on the proposal form. To add or edit a description, please click into the pencil icon labeled “More Detail”.

New Budgets - New Tenant or Existing Tenant Spec Lease to appear for any deal type

The Budget Proposal Comparison column is now able to use New Tenant or Existing Tenant spec leases regardless of the deal type in Deal Manager. Previously, the spec lease type had to match the deal type to display spec lease data in the Budget column.


New Approvals Report - Requested/Reminded in Action column

The Approvals Report now shows Approval Request and Approval Reminder actions in the Action column with the associated user in the Action By column.

New User Audit Report - "Days Since Last Login" column

The User Audit Report now features a “Days Since Last Login” column to provide a count of days that have passed since the user has logged in to Deal Manager.

New Activity Feed Report – Activity by Space Name

The “Space Name” column on the Activity Feed Report will now populate when an Activity is entered on a space.

New Option to download the PDF formatted Leasing Activity Report in Excel

The “Leasing Activity Report Download” option can now be exported as a PDF or Excel document.

New Activity Feed Report - Ability to report on Milestone for Deals

Milestones are now able to be selected from the Activity Types filter on the Activity Feed Report and show under the Title and Type columns.

New Milestone completion logged on the Activity Feed

When a user completes a Milestone task, the completion of the milestone is logged in the Activity Feed. To review the complete milestone tasks in the Activity Feed, please flag “Include System” for the Milestone tasks to show.

New Option Expiration Date Information Tool Tip

A tool tip has been added to the Option Expiration Date field to inform users of the intended functionality of the Expiration Date.

Enhancement Enhancements to UDFs at the Space level

Space UDFs can now be added as a filter on the Space dashboard when the “Show Filter in Deal Manager” flag is set. When flagged, the filter will show under “More” filters on the Space dashboard.

Enhancement Changes to Jobs tab on the deal

Various changes to the Jobs tab on a deal have been introduced, including: Jobs for this Deal and Jobs for this Property headers are now frozen in place, Unit and Area columns are now separated, and the ability to now sort and filter by Job Type and Status.

Enhancement Add the UDF text and date to the email notification

Deal UDFs can now be added to the Approval Email Notification. To enable a Deal UDF to show on the Approval Email Notification, please set the “Show on Approval Emails” flag on the UDF under Company Settings > General Settings > User Defined Fields > Deal.

New ‘Ancillary Document’ deal type for Existing Tenants

New deal type, ‘Ancillary Document’, added to the Existing Tenant deal type dropdown menu. This deal type allows users to process documents for in-place tenants without the need for a proposal but can include an approval workflow.

New Email notifications for each eSignature

A new toggle has been added to the Notification Preferences of the My Profile page. When enabled, the user will receive an email for each signature made on a Legal Document. Navigation: My Profile > Notification Preference > Legal Manager > Notify for each e-signature


New Multifactor Authentication using phone number prior to E-Signature

Signees can now use their mobile phone number to receive a One Time Password (OTP) for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) when performing their eSignature on a legal document. A signee’s mobile phone number can be added at the point of signee configuration or when adding a signee. If not configured before the eSignature envelope is configured and sent for signature, the signee will be prompted to choose if they would like to be sent an OTP through email or mobile phone message.

New Ability to use Voyager custom table word merge tokens for the Tenant object
