Overview

The Deal Settings section in Deal Manager allows administrators to configure company-wide and property-specific behaviors, defaults, and integrations. These settings impact how deals are created, tracked, and processed across your organization.

  • Default Leasing Agent

    • Replaces disabled leasing agents for active deals.

    • If no delegate is selected during user disablement, the default leasing agent is used.

  • Default Deal Dashboard Time Period

    • Sets the default time range for dashboard charts.

    • Options: Month-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date, Year-to-Date.

  • Default Substage for New Leads

    • Defines the default substage for new leads entering Deal Manager.

  • NPV Discount Rate

    • Used to calculate the Net Present Value of future payments.
