Overview
The Deal Settings section in Deal Manager allows administrators to configure company-wide and property-specific behaviors, defaults, and integrations. These settings impact how deals are created, tracked, and processed across your organization.

Replaces disabled leasing agents for active deals.
If no delegate is selected during user disablement, the default leasing agent is used.
Default Deal Dashboard Time Period

Default Substage for New Leads
Defines the default substage for new leads entering Deal Manager.
NPV Discount Rate
Used to calculate the Net Present Value of future payments.
Requires estimation of future cash flows and a discount rate.
