Enhancement Ability to compare in-process deal with Existing Deal and/or Existing Tenant on Proposal Comparison

Optional Configuration - New “Existing Deal” and “Existing Tenant” columns for Proposal Comparison. Using the

icon on the Existing Deal and Existing Tenant columns, users can select a tenant or deal to compare deal economics. These two columns can be added to the Proposal Comparison screen through Company Settings > Deal Settings > General Settings > Proposal Comparison Config.

Enhancement Maximum amount of User Defined Fields (UDFs) increased

The maximum number of User Defined Fields available per object type has increased to 20 UDFs. UDFs can be set up in Company Settings > General Settings > User Defined Fields.

Enhancement Stacking Plan and Floor Plan for Properties

Properties can now show a Floor Plan and Stacking Plan on respective tabs on the Property screen. Stacking Plans and Floor Plans can be set on the property’s Setup screen by enabling both “Show Floorplan” and “Show Stacking Plan”.

Options are now displayed on the Tenant Abstract for a deal. Options are available as a hyperlink with the ability to exercise the option from the Tenant Abstract screen. Clicking into the Option hyperlink will display additional information related to the Option.

Enhancement Company Logo on Activity Feed Emails + Signature Request Emails

Optional Configuration – “Add Company Logo on Activity Email” and “Add Company Logo on E-Signature Emails”. If a Company Logo is added within Company Settings > General Settings > Branding > Logo, the logo will be added to emails sent using the Email activity within the Activity Feed and E-Signature emails, respectively. To enable these settings, please navigate to Company Settings > General Settings > Settings > Email. 

New Property-level Legal Documents

Enhancement Tenant eSignature with Witness signee assignment

Tenant signees can now add Witness signees when making their signature. Once the Witness signee is added, the document is sent to the specified email address for the Tenant Witness to make their signature. Additionally, notes can be added for the Witness upon sending the document for the Witness to make their signature.

Enhancement ‘Signatures Complete’ notification sent to generator of document

The user who generated the legal document will now receive a “Signatures Complete” notification when all eSignatures have been made for the generated document.

Enhancement List of tokens within document on eSignature Token Placement screen

A list of tokens by assignee with page placement is now available on the right-hand side of the eSignature Token Placement Screen.

Enhancement Document visibility by Signee in Legal Documents section

For multi-document envelopes, users can now see document visibility by Signee. This feature is helpful in ensuring that the document visibility configuration is correct upon sending the document out for eSignatures.

Enhancement Notes for Signee Transfer

Notes can now be added when transferring signees. The notes will show on the Pending Signees screen on the Legal Documents section of a deal and in eSignature request emails.

Enhancement eSignature Email Sender as Leasing Agent

Optional Configuration – “Leasing Agent as a Default Sender on e-Signature emails”: When flagged, the eSignature email will be sent using the leasing agent’s email address. When unflagged, the sender will remain as “[email protected]”.
