This report helps users track the stage of each deal and compare proposal metrics. Users can save custom report layouts, allowing each individual to maintain a personalized view of the leasing pipeline.
📆 Lease Expiration Report
The Lease Expiration report displays leases that are either:
Currently vacant, or
Expiring within the next 9 months (default)
You can modify the timeline using the Lease Expiration filter to show leases: The updated filter options include pre-set periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, and 24 months. Additionally, users may select individual years (e.g., 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029) for a more detailed view. Multiple filters can also be applied simultaneously to customize the reporting period beyond the default settings.
Expiring within the current year
Expiring in the next 2 years
This helps with proactive lease management and planning for renewals or backfilling vacancies.
❌ Dead Deals Report
The Dead Deals report contains all deals that have been moved to a Dead status. Key information includes:
Reason the deal was marked as dead
Date of last modification
Original start date and term
Additional deal metadata
This report is useful for analyzing lost opportunities and refining leasing strategies.

The Portfolio Export report aggregates a wide range of data across properties, including:
Tenancy type

📝 Activity Feed Report
The Activity Feed report shows all actions taken on deals within the selected property or properties, including:
Comments
Tasks
Tours
Events
Each activity includes related notes or comments, providing a complete interaction history.
🧱 Spaces Report
This report is organized by unit or space, providing a detailed breakdown per physical space in the portfolio. It supports granular unit-level reporting.
👥 User Audit Report
Primarily used by administrators, the User Audit report tracks user actions for compliance and monitoring purposes.
✅ Approvals Report
The Approvals report captures all deals that have received approval. It includes:
