The Lease Status Report provides a reporting view of the Revenue dashboard. The report displays each space with prior and current leases, speculations, and MLAs. By design, some fields are not populated unless budgets are calculated. For best results, calculate budgets prior to running the Lease Status Report.

NOTE: The Lease Status Report only displays data for budgets that use a model property. The table below the report headers will not populate for budgets that do not meet this requirement.

TIP: The Lease Status Report must be configured by your company to produce relevant results. For instructions and screen references, review the articles in .

1. Complete the filter at the top of the screen.

2. Click the Settings

button to display the Report Options screen and complete.

3. Click Search in the filter row to display the report on screen.

Report Options

Select options in each section of the Report Options screen to control which data is displayed on the report.

Find more about the Filter Favorites section later in this article.

The Spaces section allows you to display leases based on space risk categories.

Hide Past Tenant Information

When checked, tenants do not appear on the grid if their lease end date is prior to the filtered Risk From Date.

When checked, an additional row per space displays data from the 1st iteration of the space's assigned MLA in the Speculative Timeline section of the report.

NOTE: MLA data will not be displayed if there is a gap between the last contract or speculative lease end date and the MLA start date.

Hide Area Decimals

When checked, further organize the spaces within the Major Grouping by risk type.

Property Order

Sort report results by property code or by property name by selecting these options from the dropdown. Order by property code or property name in ascending or descending order using the ascending and descending order buttons.

The Report Columns section controls which columns are displayed in the report. Navigate through the Property, Space, Prior Lease/Vacant, and Speculation Timeline tabs to select which information displays when the report is generated. For more information on these fields, see .

Export Options

Export the report to Excel or PDF by clicking the Export button. Specify whether to export directly or allow Background Processes to run the report.

Filter Favorites

You can load filter settings on the Report Options screen in the Filter Favorites section. The Global Default filter is set by administrators on the Configuration page, where columns displayed on the report can be renamed and reordered.

To save a new favorite:

  1. Complete the Report Options screen.

  2. Select Add New Favorite from the dropdown.

  3. Click Save Favorite. Add a name on the resulting Manage Filter screen and Save.

Select an existing filter from the list to load favorite report options.

TIP: Changing options on the screen and clicking Save Favorite with a previously saved filter selected saves the new settings to that favorite filter.
