Spaces Dashboard
The Spaces page contains a Filter that can be used to limit the spaces displayed on the page. (See Navigation section for information on Filters.)
There are also drillable tiles displaying Vacant Space Latency, Listing Status, and Listing Price by Lease Spread. The columns contained on the Spaces tab include the following:
Space – displays the unit number. The unit field is drillable. It allows the user to input additional information about the unit including Asking Rent.
Floor – Displays the name of the floor the Space is located on.
Property – property related to a given unit.
Market - displays the market in which a property is located.
Area (SQFT) – square footage of the unit.
Occupied Until – lease end date for a given unit/tenant.
Unit Ending Rate (SQFT/YR) – Ending rent for a given unit shown as a $ per square foot per year.
Budget/Market Rent – Displays ending rent from any budget/market assumption associated with the space.
Listing Details
Deals – displays the Deal Stage of proposals associated with a given unit. This is a drillable field.
Last Activity – Links the Space’s activity feed.
Actions – contains a drop down box that will allow the user to add the following types of deals for a given unit: New, Renewal, Expansion, Contraction, Relocation, Termination.
