How to use the Space Encumbrance report


Apply filters

You can generate a space encumbrance report for:

  • Entire portfolio

  • Specific property

  • Report date

  • Expiration date

More filters include:

  • Option types

  • Notice date


Report details

The report displays:

  • Property

  • Tenant name

  • Status

  • Description

  • Option type

  • Start date and end date

  • Earliest and latest notice days


Export options

You can export the report in multiple formats:

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • PDF


Steps to export

  1. Apply the desired filters to customize your report.

  2. Click the black box icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. Select or deselect columns to include in your export.

  4. Choose your preferred export format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).


Tip: Use column selection to create a clean, relevant report before exporting.
