How to use the Deal Stage History report


Apply filters

You can generate a deal stage history report for:

  • Entire portfolio

  • Specific property

  • Deal name

  • Stage change date

More filters include:

  • Deal stage

  • Property attributes


Report details

The report displays:

  • Property

  • Stage

  • Deal type

  • Start date

  • Days in stage

  • Tenant code

  • Deal square footage

  • Proposal term

  • Starting rent amounts


Export options

You can export the report in multiple formats:

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • PDF


Steps to export

  1. Apply the desired filters to customize your report.

  2. Click the black box icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. Select or deselect columns to include in your export.

  4. Choose your preferred export format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).
