The Clauses report provides detailed information about lease clauses across your portfolio. You can generate the report for the entire portfolio or apply filters to focus on specific properties, tenants, or customers.

How to use the Clauses report


Apply filters

You can generate a clauses report for:

  • Entire portfolio

  • Specific property

  • Tenant

  • Customer

More filters include:

  • Brand

  • Clause Name

  • Amendment start date range

  • Exclude deals with clauses (flag option)


Report details

The report displays:

  • Tenant

  • Clause code

  • Amendment type

  • Lease type

  • Start and end dates

  • Clause name

  • Description

  • Leasing agent


Export options

You can export the report in multiple formats:

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • PDF


Steps to export

  1. Apply the desired filters to customize your report.

  2. Click the black box icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. Select or deselect columns to include in your export.

  4. Choose your preferred export format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).


Tip: Use column selection to create a clean, relevant report before exporting.

Yes. Under More filters, you can filter by Amendment start date range.

What data does the Clauses report include?

It includes tenant details, clause codes, amendment type, lease type, start and end dates, clause name, description, and leasing agent.

Yes. Use the Exclude deals with clauses flag under More filters.
