Overview

The Dead Deals report displays all dead deals in your company’s system. You can filter the report by multiple criteria and export the data in different formats for analysis or sharing.

How to use the Dead Deals report


Apply filters

You can filter the report using:

  • Saved Filters

  • Property

  • Region/State

  • Deal Type

  • More filters – Includes Deal Month options for the last month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.


Export the report

You can export either:

  • Data currently in view

  • All data in the report

Export formats include:

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • PDF


Steps to export

  1. Click the black box icon on the right side of the screen.

  2. Select the columns you want to include or deselect columns you don’t need.

  3. Choose your preferred export format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).


Tip: Use column selection to customize your report before exporting for cleaner, more relevant data.

Can I filter by time period?

Yes. Under More filters, you can filter by Deal Month for the last month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.

Can I export the report in PDF format?

Yes. You can export the report in Excel, CSV, or PDF formats.

Can I choose which columns to export?

Yes. Use the black box icon to select or deselect columns before exporting.
