The Spaces Report in Deal Manager provides a comprehensive, customizable view of all spaces in the user's environment. It supports advanced filtering, layout customization, and export options for detailed reporting and analysis.

πŸšͺ How to Access the Spaces Report

To open the Leasing Activity Report:

  • Navigate to Reports > Deal Manager Reports > Spaces Report

πŸ” Filtering the Report

Available Filters

At the top of the report, users can filter deals using the following criteria:

  • Properties

  • Availability

  • Occupancy Status

  • Area

  • Additional filters under the β€œMore” dropdown

Applying and Saving Filters

  • Click the green Search button to apply selected filters.

  • Click the Save button to store filter sets.

  • Access saved filters via the Saved Filters dropdown.

πŸ› οΈ Customizing the Report Layout

Column Selection

  • Use the black hamburger menu on the right side of the page to:

    • Select/Deselect All Columns

    • Individually Select/Deselect Columns using the βœ” or ❌ icons

  • Space UDFs configured in Company Settings appear within the column list and can be added to the report layout.

πŸ’Ύ Saving and Sharing Layouts

Users can create and manage custom report layouts:

Creating a Layout

  • Make desired edits to the report.

  • Click Save As to:

    • Name the layout.

    • Set it as the default view (optional).

Managing Layouts

  • Edit, rename, or update existing layouts.

  • Share layouts with other users in your environment.

This feature is ideal for tailoring report views to specific roles or departments.

Export Options

Use the black hamburger menu to export the report:

  • Export All Data: Full report export

  • Export Visible Data: Export based on current layout and filters

  • Formats supported: Excel and CSV
