Understanding the Approval Workflow
Overview
The Approval Workflow is a critical part of the leasing process. It ensures that designated approvers can review and approve deal proposals before they are finalized and executed.
π Accessing the Approval Workflow
You can view the approval workflow in two ways:
Click the thumbs-up icon on the proposal.
Click the proposal name, then navigate to the Approvals tab.

This screen displays detailed information about each approval step:
Approval Steps: Lists each step in the workflow.
Assigned Approvers: Shows the user responsible for each step.
Stage Gate: Indicates when the approval must occur for the deal to proceed.
Auto-Advance: Shows whether the workflow moves to the next step automatically after approval.
Approval Status:
Requested
Reminded
Approved
Rejected
Timestamps: Date and time of approval or rejection.
Approver Notes: Any comments added by the approver.

Accessible via the Approval Activity History tab or hyperlink, this log includes:

Add Notes or Rescind Approval Requests via the dropdown next to the Request/Remind button.
Add or Delete Approvers using the three-dot icon next to the approval step.
