View and manage all properties with detailed metrics and tab-based navigation.


Overview

The Property Dashboard in Deal Manager provides a centralized view of all properties you have access to. It includes detailed portfolio metrics, advanced filtering tools, and tab-based navigation for managing property-level data.

How to use the Property Dashboard


Access the dashboard

To open the Property Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Portfolio > Properties from the main menu.


Filter properties

At the top of the dashboard, you can filter properties using:

  • Property Name

  • Property Type

  • Vacant Area

  • More filters – Includes additional options such as:

    • Property-level User Defined Fields (UDFs) configured in Company Settings


Apply and save filters

  • Click Search to apply selected filters.

  • Click Save to store your filter set.

  • Access saved filters via the Saved Filters dropdown.


Portfolio metrics

Displayed near the top of the dashboard, portfolio metrics include:

  • Number of Properties and Spaces

  • Total Area (sq ft)

  • Occupancy Percentage

  • Vacant Area

  • Available Area

  • Deal Area

  • Weighted Average Lease Term


View property details

Filtered properties appear at the bottom of the dashboard. Each property record includes:

  • Property Name

  • Market

  • Total Area, Vacant Area, and Available Area

  • Number of Available Spaces

  • Listing Agreements

  • Active Deals

  • Recent Activity

Accessing a property:

  • Click the Property Name to open its details.

  • Click Add/View to open the property’s Activity Feed.


Tabs within the property page

Each property page includes multiple tabs for managing specific data:

  1. Floorplan tab

    • Enabled via Setup > More Details > Show Floorplan

    • Displays a color-coded floorplan based on selected metrics

    • Use the Options dropdown to edit space mappings or create a new floorplan
      Note: If the floorplan is not enabled, the default tab will be the Stacking Plan.

  2. Stacking plan tab

    • Shows a diagram of property spaces

    • Units are color-coded by Lease Expiration

    • Includes adjustable display options

    • Generate a Lease Expiry Report by year and export via the black box icon

  3. Encumbrances tab
    Displays any lease or deal encumbrances on the property.

  4. Spaces tab
    Lists all spaces within the property, including:

    • Space Name

    • Occupancy Status

    • Associated Deals

  5. Deals tab
    Shows all active deals on the property.
    Filters function similarly to the Deal Dashboard.

  6. Legal documents tab
    Generate legal documents for the property and specify default signees for companies using Legal Manager.

  7. Tenants tab
    Displays current and future tenants.
    Mirrors data from the Tenant Dashboard, scoped to the property.

  8. Property expenses tab
    Displays imported expense data for the property.

  9. Contacts tab
    Add and manage contacts associated with the property.

  10. Attachments tab
    Upload and manage files related to the property.

  11. Clauses tab
    View and add property-specific clauses.

  12. Setup tab
    Edit core property details:

    • Address

    • Name

    • Size

    • Market

    • Property Type

    • Description

  13. More details section
    View additional property information:

    • Voyager Code

    • Attachments

    • Attributes

  14. Other information tab
    Displays Property-level User Defined Fields.

  15. Custom tables tab
    View any custom tables associated with the property.


Voyager sync

Located at the top right of the property page, this feature allows manual re-syncing of property data from Voyager.
Important: This feature is permission-based and controlled by user role settings.


FAQs

Who can access the Property Dashboard?

Any user with access to Deal Manager can view the Property Dashboard.

Can I save my filter settings?

Yes. After applying filters, click Save to store your configuration. Saved filters appear in the Saved Filters dropdown.

How do I enable the Floorplan tab?

Go to Setup > More Details > Show Floorplan to enable the floorplan view.

What is Voyager sync used for?

Voyager sync allows you to manually refresh property data from Voyager. This feature requires specific permissions.
