Company Information

Input the basic details about your company for identification and internal reference.

Settings

Identification & Environment

  • Yardi PIN: Connector to Voyager DB. Found in YCRM or Stellar.

  • Deal Manager Status: Defines environment type (e.g., Production, Staging).

  • Custom Site / Coworking Company: Flags for custom usage.

  • Enable Company Email Domains: Whitelist email domains for internal users.

  • Exclude from Registration Page: Hide company from registration dropdown.

  • Enable Space Broker Assignment / Show Business Parks Only / Show Property Contact.

  • Show Labels in Floorplan: Displays tenant labels.

  • Show Deal ID on Dashboard: Toggle visibility of unique deal identifiers.

  • Client Secret Key: API security.

  • Maintenance Mode: Temporarily disables user access (does not remove active sessions).

YardiOne SSO Integration

  • Domain Name: Found in Stellar > Client Info (omit http:// and .yardione).

  • App Setup: Navigate to Admin Settings > Apps > Add App > Web App > CommercialCafe and rename.

  • Admin Collaboration: Ensure proper group setup for access.

Company URLs

  • Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy / Elevate URL: Custom legal and application resources.

  • Elevate Modules: Display in top-right initials menu.

Billing & Rate Preferences

  • Billing Period/Type: Yearly or monthly, and amount format (e.g., Per SF/YR).

  • Voyager Attachment Path: Leave default unless custom path provided.

  • Rental Rate Preference: Choose between Marketed vs. Budgeted Rent.

  • Legal Manager Toggle: Enables Legal Manager module.

  • Global Filter / Comm CafΓ© API User: Enables cross-dashboard filtering and API user settings.

  • NER Preference / UTC Schedule for Weekly & Daily Digests

  • Site Tracking: Embed codes for Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel.
