To access the approval workflow, users can click on the thumbs-up icon or select the proposal name and navigate to the Approvals tab. This section provides a detailed overview of the approval stages associated with a particular leasing proposal.
Key Information Displayed in the Approvals Required Screen
The Approvals Required screen is a comprehensive dashboard that displays:
Approval Steps & Approvers: Each approval step and its corresponding approver are listed clearly, along with the stage gate required for the deal to progress.
Auto-Advancement Settings: Indicates whether the workflow is set to automatically advance to the next stage upon receiving approval.
Request & Reminder Status: Displays if the approver has been formally requested or reminded to take action on the approval.
Approval Decision: Shows whether each step has been approved or rejected.
Timestamps and Notes: Logs the date and time of each decision and includes any notes made by the approver.

Troubleshooting Missing Three-Dot Menu

Verify that the delete approval functionality is not set to "Hidden" in the Element Security settings.
