Lease Documents
The Lease Documents Dashboard in Deal Manager provides Legal Manager clients with a centralized overview of all leasing documents, organized by Signature Status, Document Type, and Document Status. This dashboard offers advanced filtering, status tracking, and document-level activity insights, supporting legal workflows and leasing operations.
The dashboard includes several filtering options to help you quickly locate specific documents:
Saved Filters
Deal/Tenant Name
Document Name
Document Type
Property
More Filters β Access additional filtering options by selecting the "More" dropdown.
Filter Actions
Search β After setting your desired filters, click the green "Search" button to update the results.
Save β Save any custom filter configuration for future use via the "Save" button. Saved filters appear in the Saved Filters dropdown.
Clear β To reset all filters and start a new search, click the "Clear" button.
Display

The Lease Documents Dashboard includes the following data columns:
Column | Description |
Document Name | The name of the document associated with the deal or tenant. |
Type | The document type (e.g., Lease, Amendment, LOI). |
Status | Current status of the document (e.g., Draft, In Review, Executed). |
Tenant | Name of the tenant associated with the document. |
Deal Info | Basic deal information related to the document. |
Property | The property tied to the document. |
Agent | The leasing agent or user responsible for the document. |
Stage | The current deal stage linked to the document. |
Age | Number of days since the document was last modified. |
Activity | Most recent activity on the document. You can click "Add/View Activity" to contribute or review entries in the Activity Feed. |
