The Lease Documents Dashboard in Deal Manager gives Legal Manager clients a centralized view of all leasing documents. It organizes documents by Signature Status, Document Type, and Document Status, making it easy to track progress and manage legal workflows.

How to use the Lease Documents Dashboard
Apply filters
Use filters to narrow down your document search:
Saved Filters – Quickly apply previously saved configurations.
Deal/Tenant Name – Search by deal or tenant name.
Document Name – Locate documents by their name.
Document Type – Filter by type (e.g., Lease, Amendment, LOI).
Property – Search by property name.
More Filters – Click the More dropdown for additional options.
Filter actions
Search – After setting filters, click Search to update results.
Save – Click Save to store your custom filter configuration for future use. Saved filters appear in the Saved Filters dropdown.
Clear – Click Clear to reset all filters and start a new search.
Dashboard display columns
The dashboard includes the following columns:
Document Name – Name of the document associated with the deal or tenant.
Type – Document type (e.g., Lease, Amendment, LOI).
Status – Current status (e.g., Draft, In Review, Executed).
Tenant – Tenant name linked to the document.
Deal Info – Basic deal details related to the document.
Property – Property tied to the document.
Agent – Leasing agent or user responsible for the document.
Stage – Current deal stage.
Age – Number of days since the document was last modified.
Activity – Most recent activity. Click Add/View Activity to contribute or review entries in the Activity Feed.

Who can access the Lease Documents Dashboard?
Only clients licensed for the Legal Manager module within Deal Manager.
Can I save my filter settings?
Yes. After applying filters, click Save to store your configuration. Saved filters appear in the Saved Filters dropdown.
