Tour Activity
The Tour Activity dashboard displays data related to tours including Upcoming Tours, Tour Trends and Tour Statistics. This dashboard can be filtered by Saved Filters, Property, Market, Tour Date (provided a range of date from and date to) and More. To see the additional search filters for the Leads Dashboard, please click into the "More" dropdown.
To execute a filter search, please select the green "Search" button. To save a filter, please select "Save". Once a filter is saved, the filter will be available in the "Saved Filters" dropdown. To reset the filters on the Leads Dashboard, please use the "Clear" button.
Display
The columns displayed on the Tour Activity dashboard include:
Property - displays the property entered on the lead.
Spaces - displays the spaces the tenant will be touring.
Date/Time - displays the date and time of the scheduled tour.
Attendee -
Attendee Contact -
Team Member - displays the team member name who will be providing the tour.
Lead/Contact - displays the tenant name for the tour.
Comment - displays the comments entered at tour creation.
Using the 3-dot icon
, we can reveal the drop-down "Actions" menu. The "Actions" menu allows users to enter a new tour or export the displayed data to Excel. Please note, when using filters, only the filtered data will be exported.
