Leads
The Leads Dashboard is used to track the leads entered in Deal Manager. The views displayed on the Leads Dashboard show Leads by Substage, Leads by Source and Lead Stats to give an overview of the lead data. The Leads Dashboard is able to be filtered by Saved Filters, Tenant Name, Desired Area (SF), Property, Markets and More. To see the additional search filters for the Leads Dashboard, please click into the "More" dropdown.
To execute a filter search, please select the green "Search" button. To save a filter, please select "Save". Once a filter is saved, the filter will be available in the "Saved Filters" dropdown. To reset the filters on the Leads Dashboard, please use the "Clear" button.
Display
The Leads Dashboard displays Lead data using the following columns:
Tenant - displays the tenant name for the lead.
Property - displays the property entered on the lead.
Market - displays the Market entered on the lead.
Stage - displays the current deal stage of the lead.
Desired Area - displays the desired area square footage entered on the lead.
Desired Start - displays the desired start date specified on the lead.
Contact - displays the contact information entered on the lead.
Lead Notes - displays notes entered on the lead.
Date Created - displays the date the lead was created.
Activity - displays all activity for the lead and allows users to enter additional activity for the lead.
Using the 3-dot icon
, we can reveal the dropdown "Actions" menu. The "Actions" menu allows users to enter a new lead or export the displayed data to Excel or to a PDF document. Please note, when using filters, only the filtered data will be exported.
