The Email Logs report provides a detailed record of emails sent from the system. You can filter by subject, recipient, date range, and more to review communication history and troubleshoot issues.

How to use the Email Logs report


Apply filters

You can filter the report by:

  • Subject

  • Sent to

  • Date range

More filters include:

  • User

  • Status

  • Failure message

  • Body text like

  • Sent to CC

  • Email type


Report details

The report displays:

  • Subject

  • Sent to

  • Sent to CC

  • Date sent

  • Status

  • Failure message


Export options

You can export the report in multiple formats:

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • PDF


Steps to export

  1. Apply the desired filters to customize your report.

  2. Click the black box icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. Select or deselect columns to include in your export.

  4. Choose your preferred export format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).


Tip: Use column selection to create a clean, relevant report before exporting.
