The TI Pipeline screen shows active leasing deals and includes two tabs: Deal and Amendment. It supports easy job creation and provides insights into upcoming associated work.
CAUTION: The TI Pipeline feature requires Deal Manager and/or Retail Manager licenses for it to function.
Deal tab
The Deal tab displays deals with a probability of 80% or higher for their respective stages. In Deal Manager and Retail Manager, users can configure probability percentages to represent different stages on the TI Pipeline dashboard.
Amendment tab
The Amendment tab displays deals that have been converted into amendments, specifically those with a status of In-Progress, Ready, or Approved. To create a job for any of these deals, select the Add Job button. Construction Manager creates a job based on the details in the amendment.
