You manage Market Leasing Assumptions (MLAs) through the use of market profiles on Forecast Manager. Market profiles associate an MLA with a specific collection of spaces by property, property attributes, and unit area range. You can create market profiles as simple as all spaces on a single property or specific to spaces in Class A office properties in a single region with a unit area between 1 and 2,000 square feet.

Review and edit market profile rates and terms on the Market Profiles dashboard. Entries on the Property Groups, Properties, and Area Range filters display all profiles that contain those attributes. If no filters are filled out, all market profiles display. Each profile row displays the number of spaces associated with it along with an overview of present market terms.

Selecting a check box on a profile row, or selecting all rows with the check box on the heading row, enables the Refresh drop down button above the grid. For more information, see .

Clicking a profile name displays the Edit Profile screen. You can edit MLA charges and terms per iteration for the entire profile depending on the market display type of the profile, attached by your administrator.
