Review and manage current, upcoming, and forecasted leasing data on the Revenue dashboard. The dashboard is split into 3 tabs: Spaces, Properties, and KPI.

Spaces tab
The Spaces tab contains tiles that display lease risk information and a grid with your properties' spaces. The tiles display tenant information according to the risk period entered in the filter. The grid allows you to review current leasing information and create different types of leasing assumptions according to your needs and current projections. Deals created in Deal Manager along with future leases and pending amendments can be promoted on their associated space to forecast revenue on your budget.
Properties tab
Calculate forecasted revenue for your properties on the Properties tab. The grid displays all currently filtered properties per row with information on the last time revenue has been calculated and if a function group is associated with the property for revenue calculations. Combined NOI, occupancy, and lease retention rates calculated from your filtered budgets can be reviewed on the KPI tab. For more information, see .
