This article explains how Admin users can create and map YSR Reports from Voyager into Deal Manager. These reports will appear under the Reports menu for quick access.

How to use YSR Reports in Deal Manager

Step 1: Navigate to the menu settings

  1. The following steps apply to Admin users only.

  2. Go to Company Settings > Menus.

  3. Click the available menu for Deal Manager.


Step 2: Create the YSR Reports menu item

  1. Click Create Menu Item.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Menu Caption: YSR Reports

    • Sub menu of: Top Level

    • Order: 10

  3. Save the menu item.


Step 3: Map a new YSR Report

  1. Under the YSR Reports menu item, click Create Menu Item.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Menu Caption: Name of YSR Report

    • URL: /custom/

    • Sub menu of: YSR Reports

    • On Click: $state.go("dealmanager.reports.ysrreports", {"Report":'#INSERT REPORT NAME#'})

    • Order: Assign an order number for display in the submenu.

  3. Save the menu item.


Step 4: Access the YSR Reports

  • Go to the Reports menu at the top of the Deal Manager screen.

  • Find YSR Reports under the Custom Reports section.
