Overview

Deal Manager allows users to manage Clauses, Clause Groups, and Property Clauses to streamline legal documentation and proposal workflows. These features are accessible via DM Settings, which can be found in the top-right corner of your Deal Manager screen.


🧭 Accessing Clause Settings

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner of Deal Manager.

  2. Select DM Settings.

  3. On the left-hand side, choose from:

    • Clauses

    • Clause Groups

    • Property Clauses


📄 Clauses

  • Clauses are pulled directly from the client’s Voyager database.

  • You can add, edit, or delete clauses from the Clauses screen.

  • Clauses can be filtered by name or content.

  • Filters can be saved for future use.


📚 Clause Groups

  • Clause Groups allow you to bundle multiple clauses for easier application to deals.

  • Useful for applying standardized legal language across multiple deals.

  • Clause Groups are created and managed in DM Settings.

  • Filters are available and can be saved for quick access.


🏢 Property Clauses

  • Property Clauses are clauses that apply only to specific properties.

  • These clauses are used when unique legal language is required for certain assets.

  • Managed in the Property Clauses section of DM Settings.

  • Filters can be applied and saved by property name or clause content.
