๐Ÿ“‹ Activity Feed Overview in Deal Manager

The Activity Feed in Deal Manager provides a centralized view of all user and system-generated activities related to deals, tasks, and CRM objects. This guide explains how to access, use, and manage activity feeds across various pages and dashboards.

๐Ÿงญ Where to Find the Activity Feed

Deal Dashboard

  • On the Deal Dashboard, the Activity column includes a link to the dealโ€™s activity feed.

  • You can access it by:

    • Clicking the Add/View hyperlink.

    • Clicking into the object and selecting the green Activity Feed flyout.

CRM Main Menu

  • Navigate to CRM > Activity Feed from the main menu.

  • This page displays task activity across all deals in one centralized location.

๐Ÿ“Œ What You Can View in the Activity Feed

System Activities

  • To include system-generated updates, select System Activities from the drop-down menu.

  • Examples of system activities:

    • Deal stage changes.

    • Document uploads.

User-Added Activities

Users can manually add various types of activities:

Activity Type

Description

Notes

Add comments; mention users to notify them.

Tasks

Create and assign to one or multiple users. Custom task types can be configured in Company Settings.

Emails

Send emails that link recipients to the related object.

Log Activity

Record actions with optional comments and contacts.

Tours

Create tours directly from the feed; select spaces and properties.

Events

Schedule events with team members, contacts, and comments.

Each activity can be marked as Public or Private.

๐Ÿ“… Activity Calendar

  • Located at the top right of Deal Manager, under the calendar icon.

  • Displays a calendar view of activities assigned to the user.

  • Use the Export option to download your activity calendar for a selected date range.

Task Actions

From the CRM Activity Feed page, users can:

  • Mark tasks as Complete

  • Postpone tasks

  • Archive tasks

  • Edit tasks

Task Filters and Tabs

At the top of the page, users can filter and organize tasks using tabs:

  • New Activities (default view)

  • Open Tasks

  • Upcoming Events

  • Tagged Tasks (tasks where the user is mentioned)

  • Assigned Tasks

  • Tasks Youโ€™ve Tagged

๐Ÿ“ค Exporting Activity Data

You can export activity data to Excel in two places:

  • Deal Activity Feed: Export the feed for a specific object.

  • CRM Activity Feed Page: Export all activities shown in the current tab.
