View and manage all active leads in one place.


Overview

The Leads Dashboard in Deal Manager provides a centralized view of all active leads you have access to. It includes filtering tools, drillable insights, and quick access to lead details and activity feeds.

How to use the Leads Dashboard


Access the dashboard

To open the Leads Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Pipeline dropdown in the main menu.

  2. Select Leads.


Filter leads

At the top of the dashboard, you can filter leads using:

  • Tenant Name

  • Property

  • Desired Area

  • Market

  • More filters – Includes additional options such as:

    • Lead Sources

    • User Defined Fields (UDFs) configured in Company Settings


Apply filters

  1. Select your desired filters.

  2. Click the Search button to apply them.


Save filters

  • Click Save to store your filter set.

  • Access saved filters via the Saved Filters section.


Dashboard tiles

The top section of the dashboard includes drillable tiles that provide quick insights:

  • Leads by Substage – View leads grouped by their current substage.

  • Leads by Source – See leads categorized by their origin or source.

  • Lead Stats – Access summary statistics for all active leads.

Tip: Clicking any tile will display leads that match the selected criteria.


View lead details

Filtered leads appear in the bottom portion of the dashboard. Each lead record includes:

  • Tenant Name

  • Property

  • Market

  • Stage

  • Desired Area

  • Desired Move-in

  • Contact

  • Lead Notes

  • Date Created

  • Activity

Accessing a lead:

  • Click anywhere on a lead record to open its details.

  • Click Add/View to open the lead’s Activity Feed.

Who can access the Leads Dashboard?

Any user with access to Deal Manager can view the Leads Dashboard.

Can I save my filter settings?

Yes. After applying filters, click Save to store your configuration. Saved filters appear in the Saved Filters section.

How do I view lead activity?

Click Add/View in the lead record to open the Activity Feed.
