View and manage all active deals in one place.


Overview

The Deal Dashboard is the default landing page in Deal Manager. It provides a comprehensive view of all active deals you have access to, along with powerful filtering and navigation tools.

How to use the Deal Dashboard


Access the dashboard

You can open the Deal Dashboard in two ways:

  • Click the Commercial Edge logo in the top-left corner of the screen.

  • Navigate to Pipeline > Deals in the main menu.


Filter deals

At the top of the dashboard, you can filter deals using:

  • Client (only available for External Users)

  • Show Deals

  • Tenant Name

  • Leasing Agent

  • Property

  • Desired Area

  • More filters – Includes additional options such as User Defined Fields (UDFs) configured in Company Settings.

Note: By default, the dashboard displays active deals modified within the last 6 months. You can adjust this timeframe using filters.


Apply filters

  1. Select your desired filters.

  2. Click the Search button to apply them.

  3. Use the Show Deals filter to toggle between:

    • My Deals

    • My Team’s Deals

    • All Deals


Save filters

  • Click Save to store your filter set.

  • Access saved filters via the Saved Filters section.


Dashboard tiles

Near the top of the dashboard, you’ll find drillable tiles that provide quick insights:

  • Deals by Type – View deals categorized by type.

  • Deals by Market – See deals grouped by market.

  • Deals Executed – Track deals that have been finalized.

  • Deals by Stage – Monitor deals based on their current stage.

Tip: Clicking any tile will display deals that match the selected criteria.


View deal details

Filtered deals appear in the bottom portion of the dashboard. Each deal record includes:

  • Tenant Name

  • Property and Region

  • Deal Stage

  • Area and Spaces

  • Leasing Agent

  • Tenant Contact

  • Proposal Information

  • Most Recent Activity

Accessing a deal:

  • Click anywhere on a deal record to open its details.

  • Click Add/View to open the deal’s Activity Feed.

Who can access the Deal Dashboard?

Any user with access to Deal Manager can view the Deal Dashboard.

Can I adjust the default timeframe for active deals?

Yes. Use the filters to change the 6-month default timeframe.

How do I view deal activity?

Click Add/View in the deal record to open the Activity Feed.
