Enhancement Assignees and Watchers for Milestones by Voyager Property Roles

Assignees and Watchers are now able to be set for Deal Milestones by Voyager Property Roles. Watchers can be set for Milestones by deal under Deal Details or at a global level for all deals utilizing the Milestone under Company Settings > Deal Settings > General Settings > Milestone Templates. Voyager Property Role contact must be a user in Deal Manager for Assignee/Watcher assignment. Please note – the email address of the Deal Manager user must match the email address of the Property Role contact.

New Deal Stage History report

New “Deal Stage History” report available under Reports. This report mimics the Deal Stage History tab on a Deal page, showing when a deal’s stage was changed, how long the deal was in this stage and by which user this change was made. Navigation: Reports > Deal Manager Reports > Deal Stage History.

New Add and Edit Contact Attributes

Attributes tab added to Contacts detail page to allow for editing of contact attributes in Deal Manager.

Page security and Element security “Add/Edit Contact Attributes” available in User Admin > Roles company settings.

Enhancement NER for Separate Rates and Dates & Blended NER

Net Effective Rent calculation now available for Separate Rates and Dates or Blended NER of all units for the deal.

Enhancement Transaction Cost Popup

A transaction cost popup with the Transaction Cost names and descriptions now shows on the Proposal Comparison screen. By clicking the

icon on the Proposal Comparison screen, the Transaction Costs popup will show the cost details.

Enhancement Property Expenses on Budget Column for NET lease type

Property Expenses now show on the Budget Column for NET lease type deals. Please note that these are the budgeted expenses that are imported into Deal Manager. Please contact the Deal Manager support team for further assistance.

Enhancement Ability to Edit/Swap Benchmark on Proposal Comparison screen

Editing of Benchmark terms and/or pulling in a different benchmark can now be completed on the Proposal Comparison screen. To edit a Benchmark - click into the Benchmark and edit. To add a new Benchmark - click into the magnifying glass icon and select “New”.

Enhancement Notification for Units missing Budget data [Optional Configuration]

Orange popup message shows for missing Budget data on a deal where the budget data is not showing for unit(s) when the Company Setting “Blend Primary and Secondary Budget Source” is flagged. Orange popup message will show when using the Calculate Comparison button and on the Unit Details flyout.

Blend Primary and Secondary Budget Source flag can be found under Company Settings > Deal Settings > Voyager Config> General Settings. Please contact the Deal Manager support team for further assistance.

Enhancement Net Lease Spread for Budget & Market Columns [Optional Configuration]

New flag “Calculate NLS for Budget & Market” now available in Company Settings > Deal Settings > General Settings to allow for the calculation of the Net Lease Spread for Budget and Market columns on the Proposal Comparison screen for a deal.

Enhancement Custom Table Security – Read Only

Custom Table Security now allows for Read Only access. Roles with Read Only access will be able to see the custom table but not make edits.

Enhancement Multiselect for Welcome Emails

Bulk Actions “Send Welcome Email” and “Send Welcome Email for Yardi One” now available under User Admin when selecting users to be sent the appropriate Welcome Email for Deal Manager.

Enhancement Property Security – Copy Voyager User Property Security

“Sync Voyager Property Security” button now available when setting property access under “User DM Properties”. This button will copy the Property Security from Voyager for the specified user and match property access accordingly.

Enhancement Floor column on Space lookup

Floor column added to the Space lookup on Proposal form as additional search criteria.

Enhancement Dates for User Defined Fields

User Defined Field (UDF) types now include “Date” type. Date type UDF will show a calendar to select the date for UDF data entry.

Enhancement Tenants Dashboard - Lease Expiration Filter includes 24-month expiration

The Lease Expiration filter on the Tenants dashboard now includes a 24-month expiration filter.

Enhancement Calculate Comparison entry in Activity Feed

“Calculate Comparison” function now creates an entry in the Activity Feed when run for a deal.

Enhancement Proposal Export Attachment Type [Optional Configuration]

Proposal Export Attachment Type is now able to be configured with available Document Type mappings. This mapping applies to the “Auto Attach Proposal Comparisons” setting when flagged. These settings can be reviewed under Company Settings > Deal Settings > Document Settings > Additional Settings. Please contact the Deal Manager support team for further assistance.

Enhancement Lead Import for Multiple Properties [Optional Configuration]

New Deal Setting “Create Separate Lead per Property” allows for the import of leads for multiple properties using the Lead Import template. New column “Additional_Property_Voyager_Code” added to the import template to allow for lead entry for multiple properties using a semicolon to separate property codes.

New Document Creation for Existing Tenants

Legal Documents can now be created at the Tenant level for existing tenants. From the Tenants dashboard, select a tenant and navigate to the “Legal Documents” tab on the Tenant Information flyout. Legal Documents can be generated or uploaded to the tenant record from the new Legal Documents tab. Please review the Tenant Legal Documents Tokens section of the Deal Manger Help Center for all available Tenant level tokens.

Enhancement Individual file download from Signatures Completed section of Legal Documents

Multiple documents combined into a single Signature Envelope will be displayed under the “Signatures Completed” section as separate documents which can be downloaded individually.

Enhancement Comparison of Separate Documents

Separate Legal Documents can now be compared with each other by using the “Compare” feature. Previously, only different versions of the same document could be compared. Select two documents using the flags and select “Compare” to compare the two documents. This function is useful when comparing redlined versions of documents to updated Legal Documents created from counterproposals.

Enhancement Clause Group Drag & Drop - Menu Expansion

Improved Clause Group Drag & Drop feature now expands to show the Clauses within a clause group in the SyncFusion Document Editor to further simplify clause selection.
