Activity
The Activity Feed is accessible from both the main menu and from each deal. Accessing the Activity Feed from the main menu bar gives you a centralized display of task activity across all your deals, whereas the deal activity feed displays any activity pertaining to that deal.
Each task item will have a link to the property and deal where the task originated and the ability to postpone or mark the task as complete.
Filters
In Activity Feed you’ll find a filter bar that can be used to narrow down the activity displayed on the screen by saved filters, property, deal name, and the created date range. Additionally, users can flag "My Activities" and "Include Archived" for additional activity filtering.
To execute a filter search, click the Search button and generate the results. Click ‘Clear’ to blank out all filtered fields.
From the Activity Feed you can see all activities in the past 12 months, with the ability to sort by type, assigned to, and based on statistics.
Tasks you are assigned have links to the property and deal with the ability to Mark Complete, Postpone, Archive or Edit the task.
